Since its first yacht was commissioned, DK has produced a fleet of high-tech
racing yachts ranging from production boats to custom designed super-maxis.
In the competitive boat building industry, DK Yachts is privileged to
be one of only three licensed builders worldwide for Farr International
building the Champagne Mumm 30, the Farr® 40 One Design, the Farr®
52 One Design and the Farr® 36 One Design.
Included in DK's impressive portfolio are its custom designed yachts -
"Maiden Hong Kong" the 115ft ocean racing yacht designed by Juan K of Prada
America's Cup fame, and the Neil Pryde Welbourn 46.
The latest additions to the range are the exciting IRC cruiser racer "dk46"
developed by Mills Design and DK Yachts, and the stunning Farr®
520 cruiser racer. The exquisite interior styling for both the Farr®
520 and dk46 are the creations of Design Unlimited.
DK's enthusiasm to diversify is demonstrated in the production of
powerboats. Launched in 2002, the DK Response 870 Rib is an extremely
versatile craft with a wide range of applications - leisure, commercial or
patrol.
DK's list also comprise other marine products, amongst which are hovercraft
hull moulds, moulds for the Victory team's offshore racing powerboat, moulds
for a 50ft Catamaran designed by Peter van Oosanen built for a Dutch
boatyard, and models and moulds for Grand Banks Eastbay series 58/64ft.
